On title are 2 LEGAL NOTATIONS 
1)THIS TITLE MAY BE AFFECTED BY A PERMIT..SEE FA11089 
2)BYLAW CONTRAVENTION NOTICE..SEE FA137039  
1)the Permit relates to improvements done,ending 3-4 years ago; main 
item:installation of a new chimney, woodstove etc. Upon completion,an inspector 
declared we had satisfied the Permit. We asked for confirmation of this in writing but 
received nothing. We would respectfully request that the above-noted Notice of 
Permit be removed from the Title. 
2)We are unclear as to what the Bylaw Contravention noted on Title concerns,but 
believe it is ancient and an inappropriate item for the Title, and would ask that it be 
removed also. 
Failing the above, we would respectfully request that you, as Local Trustees, provide 
documentation which would satisfy the Land Title Office that these seeming 
encumbrances should be removed from Title.

Dear Galiano Trustees, 
I am writing today in support of bylaws 233 and 234, which jointly introduce a new 
zoning definition (CH1), define its application and assign it to specific properties. 
These bylaws clear the way for the realization of an affordable and original housing 
project which has gathered strong support and will be of great benefit to our 
community.
