[0:00:14] Trustee Fast: I'm Sue Ellen Fast, and I'm the chair of the Local Trust Committee, and with us today are Trustees Scott and Alan,

[0:00:22] Trustee Fast: and Staff Regional Planning Manager Heather Cowher, and Senior Intergovernmental Policy Advisor Lisa Wilcox,

[0:00:29] Trustee Fast: and our minute taker Catherine Vogt.

[0:00:32] Trustee Fast: so thanks and welcome everybody this is a really brief meeting because we're only here in order to

[0:00:38] Trustee Fast: uh go in camera uh for a um in camera meeting and uh and then i will we will not be returning

[0:00:48] Trustee Fast: to this meeting so there won't be any rise and report from this section we'll do that in another

[0:00:53] Trustee Fast: future meeting so um i'm going to uh that's right can i have approval of this short meeting agenda

[0:01:34] Trustee Fast: from the meeting and that the quarter and staff attend the meeting so can I

1. CALL TO ORDER

Chair Fast called the meeting to order at 9:02 am. She acknowledged that the meeting was being 
held in territory of the Coast Salish First Nations. She welcomed Trustees and staff. 
2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA 
By general consent the agenda was approved as presented. 
3. CLOSED MEETING 
3.1 Motion to Close the Meeting 
HO-2021-067 
It was MOVED and SECONDED, 
that the meeting be closed to the public in accordance with the Community Charter, Part 4, 
Division 3, s.90(1) (d) and (m) for the purpose of considering: (d) adoption of In-Camera 
Meeting minutes dated July 16 and October 8, 2021 and (m) a matter that, under another 
enactment, is such that the public may be excluded from the meeting and that the recorder 
and staff attend the meeting.

Chair Fast recalled the meeting to order at 9:58 am.
