[0:02:34] Trustee Luckham: Obviously, I just say that this is the local trust committee.
[0:02:41] Trustee Luckham: So I don't know how that gets in there, Stavon.
[0:02:44] Trustee Patrick: It's the language of the community charter.
[0:02:49] Trustee Patrick: It's
[0:02:49] Trustee Luckham: a direct quote of the legislation.
[0:02:53] Trustee Luckham: Yeah, it's interesting.
[0:02:54] Trustee Luckham: I raise it because I don't think we often say that on other LTCs, but that's fine.
[0:03:01] Trustee Luckham: So, therefore, moved and seconded, and I'll second it.
[0:03:06] Trustee Luckham: And we'll now close the meeting to the public and open an in-camera session.
[0:03:14] Trustee Luckham: So, Rob, if you'd turn off the live streaming and recording, we'll be in great shape.
[0:03:18] Trustee Luckham: We're getting on that now.
[0:03:19] Trustee Luckham: Okay. Well, we have just returned from an in-camera meeting, and we've opened the meeting to the public.

[0:03:50] Trustee Luckham: I want to thank everybody that wrote to us expressing an interest in being on the committee.
[0:03:57] Trustee Luckham: We have chosen to not do the full compliment in order to avoid complications associated with quorum and an interest in the committee for being a little smaller to make the discussions a little more manageable and just want to respect that.
[0:04:17] Trustee Luckham: So thank everybody that applied and welcome the new folks to the Ganges Village Planning Task
[0:04:25] Trustee Luckham: Course. And if I might just echo the words of Trustee Patrick, we're very interested in creating
[0:04:30] Trustee Luckham: a plan here for the future, a good plan for the future of the Ganges Village. And so with that,
[0:04:38] Trustee Luckham: do you have any further remarks from our meeting, Trustee Patrick, or shall we just adjourn?
[0:04:44] Trustee Luckham: No,
[0:04:44] Trustee Patrick: we don't.
[0:04:46] Trustee Luckham: Okay. So, I want to thank the staff and thank Trustee Patrick for being here today
[0:04:51] Trustee Luckham: and looking forward to seeing the meeting of March the 22nd. Unfortunately, I will be unable
