Subject: Fw: UBCM governance issues 
 
Bowen Council is preparing for the UBCM conference in September - we need to choose workshops and 
meetings we want to attend - and I am reminded that regional districts have been raising similar issues about 
increased jurisdiction but not revenues. I thought material received in February would be of interest and attach 
it here. 
 
Thanks to Laura for reminding me and getting me to look up the response from the Minister to a UBCM 
committee.
