Subject: Electoral Area Director’s Report 
Dear Chair Luckham and Trustees Elliott and Yates, 
Unfortunately I am unable to attend your meeting today. I’ve included a brief update below: 
• We just passed the one-year anniversary for the soft opening of the skatepark! A time to recognize 
and thank again all of the community members who advocated and fundraised for so many years, 
and who were responsible for getting our fantastic skatepark in place. Again, thanks to the Islands 
Trust for supporting this project at the park. 
• At a recent meeting with the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure (MoTI),
