That the Islands Trust Council request staff to write a letter of support under
the Chair’s signature stating that the Islands Trust Council supports the
Sunshine Coast Regional District applying for, receiving, and managing the 2022
Community Emergency Preparedness – Disaster Risk Reduction-Climate
Adaption Grant on behalf of the Islands Trust.

1.  That Trust Council adopt the revised Trust Council Policy 2.3.1 [Council
Committee System and Terms of References] dated March 7, 2023 that adds
Governance Committee membership to the Financial Planning Committee,
includes the terms of reference for all council committees and removes
reference to the Executive Committee. 
2.  That Trust Council rescind policies 2.3.2 [Regional Planning Committee
Terms of Reference], 2.3.3 [Financial Planning Committee Terms of Reference].
2.3.4 [Trust Programs Committee Terms of Reference], and 2.3.5 Governance
Committee Terms of Reference].
4.2.5  Establishment of an Accessibility Committee - RFD

THAT Trust Council amend Trust Council Policy 2.3.1 [Council Committee
System and Terms of Reference] by adding a new Accessibility Committee, and
terms of reference for the Accessibility Committee.             
 
4.2.6  Financial Planning Committee Membership - RFD

method of appointment and the make-up of membership for the Financial
