Cleaning services are required year round for approximately 5 hours per week outside of regular office hours. Office hours are 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday. Cleaning services will consist of sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, washing floors, bathroom/kitchen cleaning, garbage/recycling removal, and other duties from time to time as requested by staff. The contractor is required to supply all janitorial supplies, cleaning products and equipment to perform their duties.
