CVRD Director Area G Saltair/Gulf Islands Report 
CVRD Regional Recreation Referendum 
On July 27
th
, the CVRD Board adopted the wording that will appear on a regional wide 
referendum question on the October 15, 2022, ballot. The earlier amount $1.0468 per $1,000, 
was reviewed by the Ministry and they required $1.1954 per $1.000 as this amount closely 
matches the maximum requisition amount of $35M.
