CALL TO ORDER Chair Luckham called the meeting to order at 9:03 a.m. He acknowledged that the meeting was being held in the traditional and treaty territory of Coast Salish First Nations. 2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA By general consent, the agenda was adopted as presented. 3. BUSINESS ITEMS 3.1 Meeting Procedure Bylaw No. 36 - for consideration and decision Regional Planning Manager (RPM) Kauer spoke to the request for decision which would amend the administrative bylaw to include the ability to hold regular electronic meetings and other sections as presented. Vice Chair Patrick spoke to an inconsistency with Advisory Planning Committees holding electronic meetings. Discussion about recommendation 5 in the agenda package - to consider adding a full-time staff (FTE) position to support electronic meetings - followed. EX-2022-001 It was Moved and Seconded, that the Bylaw No. 36 draft be amended by removing sections 18-40 in the amendment.
