There were between 2-3 members of the public attending the meeting and it was reported there were 114 livestream views. 1. LAND ACKNOWLEDGMENT / CALL TO ORDER Chair Luckham recognized that September 30 th is the first National Day for Truth and Reconciliation to honour the lost children and survivors of residential schools, their families and communities. At 1:03 p.m., Chair Luckham called the meeting to order. The following trustees sent regrets or were absent when the meeting began: Lee Middleton, Saturna, (regrets) Ben McConchie, North Pender, (regrets) Paul Brent, Saturna – (regrets) arrived at 2:31 p.m., Cameron Thorn, South Pender – (absent) arrived at 2:49 p.m. 2.
