1.  That Trust Council adopt the following meeting dates for its 2021 schedule:
March 9-11, June 8-10, September 21-23 and November 30 to December 2. 
2.  That Trust Council adopt the following meeting locations and times for its
2021 schedule: March 9:00 a.m. start/electronic format; June 9:00 a.m.
start/electronic format; September 8:30 a.m. start/in-person in Nanaimo;
December 8:30 a.m. start/inperson Victoria.
5.CLOSED MEETING (Separate Agenda)
That the Islands Trust Council meeting be closed to the public subject to Section 90(1)(i) of the
Community Charter in order to consider matters related to:(i) receipt of advice that is subject to
solicitor-client privilege; and that staff be invited to attend the closed session.
