1. CALL TO ORDER 
 
Chair Luckham called the meeting to order at 9:05 AM stating gratitude for the ability to meet 
electronically across the Salish Sea and to live and work in Coast Salish territory.   
 
All members participated in the meeting electronically via Zoom.
