CALL TO ORDER "Please note, the order of agenda items may be modified during the meeting. Times are provided for convenience only and are subject to change." Chair Patrick called the meeting to order at 9:19 am. She acknowledged that the meeting was being held in territory of the Coast Salish First Nations. 2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA By general consent the agenda was approved as presented. 3. MINUTES 3.1 Local Trust Committee Minutes dated December 11, 2018 - for Adoption By general consent the Local Trust Committee meeting minutes of December 11, 2018 were adopted. 3.2 Section 26 Resolutions-Without-Meeting Report dated February 4, 2019 Received. 3.3 Advisory Planning Commission Minutes - none 4. BUSINESS ARISING FROM MINUTES 4.1 Follow-up Action List dated February 5, 2019 Received. 4.2 Advisory Planning Commission - Staff Report At the December 11, 2018 meeting, the Local Trust Committee (LTC) requested that staff draft update Advisory Planning Commission (APC) Bylaw No. 102. The update ADOPTED Thetis Island ADOPTED 2 Local Trust Committee Minutes February 22, 2019 clarifies the roles of the Chair, Deputy Chair, Secretary and the retention of a professional minute taker. TH-2019-001 It was MOVED and SECONDED that the Thetis Island Local Trust Committee Bylaw No. 102, cited as “Thetis Island Local Trust Committee Advisory Planning Commission Bylaw, 2019”, be read a first time. CARRIED TH-2019-002 It was MOVED and SECONDED that the Thetis Island Local Trust Committee Bylaw No. 102, cited as “Thetis Island Local Trust Committee Advisory Planning Commission Bylaw, 2019”, be read a second time. CARRIED TH-2019-003 It was MOVED and SECONDED that the Thetis Island Local Trust Committee Bylaw No. 102, cited as “Thetis Island Local Trust Committee Advisory Planning Commission Bylaw, 2019”, be read a third time.
