A. Objectives
The objectives of this protocol are:
1. to acknowledge that ISED has exclusive jurisdiction over the approval of the siting and
installation of telecommunication infrastructure in Canada;
2. to establish a siting and consultation process for reviewing land use issues associated with
antenna system proposals that is harmonized with ISED’s Radiocommunication and
Broadcasting Antenna Systems Client
