1. CALL TO ORDER 
Chair Luckham called the meeting to order at 11:59 a.m. and acknowledged that the meeting 
was being held in Coast Salish First Nations territory. 
 
2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA 
2.1 Introduction of New Items 
5.1 Chair Luckham will be away from June 28 to July 17 
8. Closed Meeting resolution and renumber agenda accordingly. 
 
2.2 Approval of Agenda 
By General Consent the agenda as amended was approved. 
 
3. BYLAWS FOR APPROVAL CONSIDERATION 
None 
 
4. TRUST COUNCIL MEETING PREPARATION 
None 
 
5. NEW BUSINESS 
5.1 Chair Luckham away from June 28 to July 17 
EC-2018-100 
It was Moved and Seconded, 
that the Executive Committee appoint Vice-Chair Morrison as Acting Chair for the 
duration of Chair Luckham’s absence from June 28 to July 17.

 issue asking for examples of initiatives focused on Indigenous 
issues, discussion regarding Language and Tone guide submission. 
 
6.2 UBCM September Convention - re meet with MAH Minister 
EC-2018-101 
It was Moved and Seconded, 
that the Executive Committee request staff set up the following minister meetings for 
the September UBCM conference: 
 Premier of British Columbia, John Horgan, 
 Minister of Transportation and Infrastructure, Clare Trevena, 
 Minister of Environment and Climate Change , George Heyman, 
 Minister of Indigenous Relations and Reconciliation, Scott Fraser, 
 Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing, Selina Robinson. 
CARRIED 
 
7. NEXT MEETING - July 18, 2018 
 
8. CLOSED MEETING 
 EC-2018-102 
 It was Moved and Seconded, 
that the meeting be closed to the public subject to Sections 90(1) (c) of the Community Charter 
in order to consider matters related to labour relations or other employee relations and that staff 
attend the meeting. 
CARRIED 
 
The meeting was closed to the public at 12:10 p.m. and relocated from the mezzanine to a secluded outdoor 
space, behind the building. 
 
9. RISE AND REPORT DECISIONS FROM CLOSED MEETING 
 None 
 
10. ADJOURNMENT 
 By General Consent the meeting was adjourned at 12:25 p.m.
