CALL TO ORDER Chair Crumblehulme called the meeting to order at 10:34 a.m. 2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA 2.1 Introduction of New Items None 2.2 Approval of Agenda By general consent the agenda was approved as presented. 3. ADOPTION OF MINUTES 3.1 January 24, 2018 Minutes By general consent the minutes were approved as presented. Trust Programs Committee Minutes of February 19, 2018 Page 2 3.2 Follow-up Action List The Follow-up Action List was provided for information and review. Chair Luckham reported on his February 12 and 13, 2018 trip to Ottawa to present to the Standing Committee on Transport, Infrastructure and Communities about Bill C-64 (An Act respecting wrecks, abandoned, dilapidated or hazardous vessels and salvage operations.) and to meet with various decision makers about anchorages and other concerns. 4. TRUST COUNCIL BUSINESS 4.1 List of service integration issues across of the Trust Area - Briefing CAO Hotsenpiller presented the Briefing which identified a six step problem solving method and indicated that the project was at the initial stage of gathering information such as anecdotal reports of challenges. He also indicated that the list of service integration challenges has not been analyzed but there are some apparent themes. Discussion ensued. Chair Crumblehulme indicated that he would provide an informal report of the discussion to the upcoming Trust Council meeting and that staff are to identify a location and date for a further meeting of the Trust Programs Committee to continue the discussion. 5.
