APPLICANTS NAME / ADDRESS: DENMAN ISLAND LOCAL TRUST COMMITTEE PURPOSE OF BYLAWS: The intent of this bylaw, if adopted, would be to amend the Denman Island Land Use Bylaw No. 186, 2008 by adding a general prohibition against the use of vehicles and ground-based machinery in the W1, W3 and W4 zones, applicable to the majority of the Denman Island marine foreshore. Note, the bylaw would not apply to the W3 zone where aquaculture is a permitted use, nor would it apply to the use of vehicles and ground-based machinery operating in accordance with the terms of a license issued by Fisheries and Oceans Canada.
