Motion
Remove the following amendments

Subsection 2.4.3 (General Policies) is amended by inserting "maximum floor area of dwellings, floor area ratio," following the phrase "number of buildings," and preceding "lot site coverage,".

That Bylaw No 114, cited as South Pender Island Land Use Bylaw No. 114, 2016, be amended as follows:
• Remove the following:

Definition
"floor area ratio" means the figure obtained by dividing the floor area of all buildings on a lot with a floor area greater than 10m2 by the lot area, or in the instance of a split-zoned lot, by the dividing the floor area of buildings with a floor area greater than 10m2 within a zone by the respective zoned area.

5.1 (5) The floor area ratio of all buildings greater than 10m² may not exceed 0.1 (10%).

And replace with the following:

Accessory or cottage building allowances may be transferred to the dwelling for the construction of an attached garage and/or basement not to exceed the maximum square metres for buildings designated for their property size or 557 m2 whichever is lower.
