Julianne Kucheran, Student Planner 
Jessie Sherk, Recorder 
 
Media and Others: 1 member of the local media and 1 member of the public were in 
attendance. 
 
1. CALL TO ORDER 
Chair Busheikin called the meeting to order at 10:18 am.  She acknowledged that 
the meeting was being held in the traditional territory of the Coast Salish First 
Nations. Staff and Trustees were introduced.  
 
2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA 
The following additions to the agenda were presented for consideration 
11.1.2 Correspondence from Penny Sidor dated June 7, 2015 
14.3 Letter from the RCMP dated June 5, 2015 
14.4 Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure (MoTI) meeting update 
15. 1 Discussion regarding Mudge Island meeting 
12.2 Replacement Applications Log with Status 
15 Reorder the agenda to move 12.1 Work Program Reports to follow 
16 Town Hall 
By general consent the agenda was approved as amended.

6.1. Local Trust Committee Minutes Dated May 7, 2015 – for adoption 
The following amendments to the minutes were presented for 
consideration: 
 
 Page 1, Item 3, delete the last paragraph that begins with “Chair 
Busheikin pointed out...” 
 Page 2, Item 3, correct the spelling of Bart Jessup’s name 
 Page 2, Item 5.1, correct the spelling of Johnathan Tillie’s name in the 
first sentence as well as in the first sentence on Page 3. 
 Page 3, second paragraph, first sentence, change “Mudge” to 
“Gabriola” 
 Page 3, in paragraph after the motion, delete “their firefighters” and 
replace with “the Mudge Island Citizens Society whose purpose is to 
provide support for fire prevention, firefighting equipment and 
emergency services on Mudge Island.” 
 Page 6, Item 9.2.3, delete the words “and to examine” in the third 
sentence of the last paragraph. 
 Page 12, Chair’s Report, correct the spelling of Michael Corrigan. 
 Page 12, Trustees Report, first paragraph, in the tenth line delete the 
word “to” and place a period after “moved. 
 Page 12, Trustees Report, first paragraph, fifteenth line, correct the 
spelling of Trustee Nicholas. 
 Correct the spelling of Jani Drew in third sentence of Trustee 
Mamoser's Report on page 13 AND in the last sentence of 11.5 on 
page 15. 
 
By general consent the minutes were adopted as amended.
