Chair Busheikin called the meeting to order at 9:04 am.

The agenda was adopted by consensus.

DE-012A-2013 It was MOVED and SECONDED that the Denman Island Local Trust 
Committee close the next part of the March 13, 2013 business meeting to 
discuss matters pursuant to Section 90(1)(i)of the Community Charter to 
receive advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including 
communications necessary for that purpose and that Staff be invited to attend 
this meeting.

 The meeting was opened to the public at 10:16 am.
