CALL TO ORDER Chair Gedye called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m. and provided a territorial acknowledgement. 2. AGENDA 2.1 Review of Agenda Chair Gedye requested that the resolution to move into closed session be amended to specify that the session would be restricted, with the recorder and staff absent, and that only the Chief Administrative Officer would remain in the restricted session. 2.2 Approval of Agenda By general consent, the CAO Performance Evaluation Committee approved the agenda, as amended. 3.
