Prohibit the moorage of vessels in sensitive marine ecosystems.

that respond to First Nations’ feedback.”
That Trust Council amend the 2025-2028 Strategic Plan to include key initiative 1.1.2,
colour coded to indicate that the initiation timeline is to be determined, as “Work with
Indigenous Governing Bodies to co-design and implement a Policy Statement
amendment review process that ensures ongoing and more regular review and
amendment of the Policy Statement”.
