At the January 29, 2025 meeting, Chair Gedye indicated that she and Trustee Patrick would conduct an informal poll of Committee members in regards to assessing the mandate and performance of the Committee that can inform a discussion at the next scheduled meeting of April 9, 2025. 7.3 2022 Governance Review Recommendations - Request For Decision 25 - 43 That Governance Committee forward the attached Request for Decision dated April 9, 2025 to Committee of the Whole for discussion and endorsement of recommendations to Trust Council. 8. BUSINESS - NEW 9. WORK PROGRAM 44 - 46 For review and referral to Trust Council before each quarterly TC meeting 10. NEXT MEETING Wednesday, August 13, 2025 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. 11.
