The following matter is considered urgent and necessary in order to establish a meeting date for the 
Committee, as the February 3, 2025 meeting was cancelled. 
 
It was MOVED by Trustee Fast and SECONDED by Trustee Patrick, 
That CAOPEP Committee schedule an electronic meeting on Tuesday, February 18, 2025, from 9:00 to 
noon.
