The Governance Committee may wish to consider scheduling an additional meeting 
before September Trust Council. 
 
Because Executive Committee reviews all items going forward to Trust Council, the 
deadline to submit items for September Trust Council is Thursday, September 5
th
. 
 
The following two dates are offered for Governance Committee’s consideration: 
 
Thursday, August 31 (no LTC meetings scheduled)
