That the meeting be closed to the public in accordance with the Community Charter,
Part 4, Division 3, s.90(1) (d) and (m) for the purpose of considering: (d) adoption of In-
Camera Meeting minutes dated July 16 and October 8, 2021 and (m) a matter that,
under another enactment, is such that the public may be excluded from the meeting
and that the recorder and staff attend the meeting.
