CALL TO ORDER Chair Patrick called the meeting to order at 11:31 a.m. She acknowledged that the meeting was being held in traditional territory of the Coast Salish First Nations. Chair Patrick introduced Trustees Brent and Middleton, new Saturna Island Planner Smith and other staff. 2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA By general consent the agenda was approved as presented. 3. TRUSTEE REPORT Trustee Brent reported of his participation in inter-island Zoom meetings in his capacity as Harbours Commissioner, Parks and Rec Chair and Community Economics Sustainability Commissioner. Trustee Middleton reported of inter-agency calls in response to COVID-19. Trustee Middleton gave an update of the Transport Canada distance consultation regarding S
