The meeting was called to order at 11:31 a.m. Chair Luckham acknowledged that the

that the Islands Trust Executive Committee approve Saturna Island Local Trust 
Committee Bylaw No. 117, cited as “Saturna Island Official Community Plan Bylaw 
No. 70, 2000, Amendment No. 1, 2017”, in accordance with Section 27 of the Islands 
Trust Act.

that the Islands Trust Executive Committee approve Saturna Island Local Trust 
Committee Bylaw No. 118, cited as “Saturna Island Land Use Bylaw No. 78, 2002,
