Date of Meeting:  Thursday, May 22, 2014, 9:45 a.m. 
Location:   Pender Island Community Hall

    North Pender Island, BC 
 
Members Present:  Peter Luckham, Chair 
    Gary Steeves, Local Trustee 
    Ken Hancock, Local Trustee

Media and Others  There were fifteen (15) members of the public present.

1. CALL TO ORDER 
  
Chair Luckham called the meeting to order at 9:45 a.m. Introductions were made 
and Chair Luckham acknowledged that the meeting was being held on the traditional 
territory of the Coastal Salish Nation.
