THAT, pursuant to Section 90 (d), (f) and (g) of the
Community Charter, the Galiano Island Local Trust
Committee resolves to close the meeting to the public for
the purpose of Adopting April 7, 2014, Galiano LTC In-
Camera minutes and to consider Bylaw Enforcement,
pending litigation; and further that Bylaw Enforcement
Officer Drew, staff and Recording Secretary remain
present. (distributed under separate cover)
