Bylaw No. 181 (Official Community Plan Amendment) – Designates the proposed multi-family rental housing portion of the parent property from Rural designation to Rural – Multi-family residential (R-MR) designation. Bylaw No. 183 (Land Use Bylaw Amendment) – Enables the creation of three lots from the 10 acre parent property. The property is proposed to be split zoned to enable the creation of two new zones. One new zone (Comprehensive Development Three (CD3)) will support the development of 10 units of affordable multifamily rental housing on 3 acres.
