CALL TO ORDER Trustee McConchie called the meeting to order at 10:03 am and it was noted that an Acting Chair would need to be appointed. By general consent, Trustee McConchie was appointed acting Chair. Acting Chair McConchie acknowledged that the meeting was being held in traditional territory of the Coast Salish First Nations. 2.
