CALL TO ORDER Chair Luckham called the meeting to order at 10:07am. He acknowledged that the meeting was being held in traditional territory of the Coast Salish First Nations. 2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA It was noted that Miles Drew was in attendance for the in camera meeting and the agenda may be altered to accommodate his departure time.
