1. That Executive Committee recommend to the Financial Planning Committee, for inclusion in

CAO COMMENTS: This is an initial recommendation to Executive Committee for the 2024/25 budget.
The recommendation supports continuation of Trust Council programs and implementation of policy-
directed activities. Executive Committee has an opportunity, early in the budget cycle, to consider these
budget requests and allows for discussion and identification of priority budget items. If business cases
do not adequately address critical issues, they can be amended for the next cycle of the budget process
