1. CALL TO ORDER 
 
The meeting was called to order at 9:02 a.m.  Chair Morrison acknowledged that participants of 
the meeting were on the traditional and treaty territories of several First Nations.

2.1 Review of Agenda 
 
The following late item was presented for consideration: 
 Addition to agenda item #7.1 - Correspondence from the Ministry of Municipal 
Affairs staff in regards to the Policy Statement content and structure.

territory.
