As discussed at a previous RPC meeting, the changes include policy for systematic review of all 20 OCPs and LUBs, a recommended process and bylaw format, and criteria for helping staff to recommend prioritisation of land use planning project requests from local trust committees. Staff will provide a RFD as a late item with recommendation to forward as a draft to Trust Council in December for review and comment. EC should be asked for time on the Trust Council agenda for a session to review this document. 6.2.Freshwater Sustainability Strategy - RFD 76 - 115 1. That Regional Planning Committee receive the Draft Freshwater Sustainability Strategy and forward it to Trust Council for review. 2. That Regional Planning Committee request staff to return with an Islands Trust Freshwater Sustainability Strategy policy document for approval following Trust Council review 7.BUSINESS 7.1.Updates to Business Cases Related to the Implementation of the Freshwater Sustainability Strategy - RFD 116 - 131 1. That Regional Planning Committee forward to Financial Planning Committee for inclusion in the Fiscal Year 2022/23 Budget the revised business case for Strategic Plan Item No. 2.5 – to complete the Islands Trust Groundwater Recharge Mapping project. 2. That Regional Planning Committee forward to Financial Planning Committee for inclusion in the Fiscal Year 2022/23 Budget the revised business case for Strategic Plan Item No. 2.4 – to implement Freshwater Sustainability recommendations related to the development of a State of Freshwater Report. 3.
