MINUTES OF THE MAYNE ISLAND 
LOCAL TRUST COMMITTEE MEETING 
HELD ON WEDNESDAY JUNE 26, 2013 AT 1:00 P.M. 
AT THE MAYNE ISLAND AGRICULTURAL HALL, MAYNE ISLAND, BC.

There were approximately five (5) members of the public in attendance. 
 
1. CALL TO ORDER 
 
Chair Luckham called the meeting to order at 1:00 pm, recognizing the Local Trust 
Committee meeting was being held in the Coast Salish Territories and introduced 
himself, the Local Trustees and Islands Trust Staff members present. 
 
2. APPROVAL OF AGENDA

2.2 Questions from Public on Agenda Items 
 
Chair Luckham asked the members of the public if there were any questions 
regarding the agenda items; there were none. 
 
The agenda as amended was adopted by consensus. 
 
3. COMMUNITY INFORMATION MEETING 
 
3.1      Proposed Bylaw No. 158, Amendment No. 1, 2013 (Relieving boundary    
adjustment subdivisions from proof of potable water)

community information meeting on the Mayne Island shoreline report has been 
arranged for September 28, 2013. 
 
Item 1 – Draft Bylaw 158 will be dealt with today. 
 
Other items are ongoing.

7.1 Future funding Issues for Recycle Centres in the Southern Gulf Islands
