- [3:17:18] “We kind of need to set a framework and we've had input from the public and we've talked about it at Trust Council and we know that there's some funding for another housing study coming from the Comox Valley Regional District, so maybe these things will coincide, I don't know whether that's going to be part of this but it might inform it during the process, would that be right?”
- [0:06:17] “about the pandemic that we're in. And if this gets to 1500, I'm going to open all the doors and windows and if it gets higher, we might need to take a break. It started out at about 600 just so you know, it looks like it'll probably be okay. So this is just for people's health information, and for my information, trying to run a safe meeting.”
- [1:04:16] “So next is resolutions without meeting. These are just simple little scheduling type things that we can do without a, by email, without a formal meeting. So that's page 26. You can see the record of those. And no advisory planning permission minutes. So we'll just move on now to the follow-up action list.”

- [1:41:21] “Very good. And I'm seeing Planner Zupanet nodding. So if we wanted to defer this part until you could have a look at that, then now would be a good time to bring that up.”
- [1:41:36] “Or I'm looking at the time. It's 20 minutes left in our scheduled meeting. And we have a number of detailed motions that could move this project forward.”

- [1:10:33] “Thank you very much, Mr. Palmer. More questions, or did that answer your question? I expect we'll hear about it during the CIM. I've got the recommendations in front of me here. Any trustee comments about Mr. Palmer's suggestion about giving it first and second reading? We haven't discussed that. I just wondered if you had any thoughts. Trustee Beshaken?”
- [0:00:22] “This is my first time live streaming a Zoom meeting from my office without staff support, or sorry, I have had staff support. This is great. But the earlier time I did it, I had a planner in the room. This time, I have a planner in the Zoom meeting, but I'm taking a first stab at doing it as a vice chair.”
- [0:55:53] “So I imagine he'll be able to fill us in. And Simon, if you could turn your video on, you don't have to, but maybe you could, we can't see you. And just so you know, there you are. Feel free to turn your video off if it helps your audio, but I just wanted to make sure we had you with us. Please go ahead.”

- [0:34:10] “Thank you. And thanks, everybody. Whoops, sorry about that. I'm conscious of the hammering and the sounds of the machinery. Thanks, everybody. And I forgot to mention at the beginning, if you raise your digital hand, sometimes it's better than if you raise this hand because sometimes I don't see that hand.”
- [1:39:49] “Okay, thank you. So it sounds like we're leaning towards alternative number three, which is on the bottom of the third one on page 52, the alternatives that staff put in front of us. And I'll just chime in my little bit here is that the bylaw dates from 1990, that's over 20 years ago.”

- [3:09:54] “that be part of a 30% income of income? I think maybe, maybe, maybe the question is, is should the words safer or, you know, some definition be included in this? Because to take your, I've got a similar question. And that's the disability payment, or whatever you want to call it, that came from, I think it was $300 one time payment, something like that.”
- [3:44:00] “Thank you. And I'll just add a note to that is that considering the R4 zoning and where affordable housing might be as what I'm seeing in the bigger world anyway is that affordable housing tends to be land use planning solutions that end up being along transportation corridors so that affordable housing people aren't”
- [3:54:17] “thank you. And I'm going to chime in and say, I had thought maybe that you were going to encourage them to move swiftly on the next phase, because there was just recently, I think within the week, more federal funding was approved for grant applications for these kinds of alternative transportation pathways.”

- [1:22:58] “Yes, and I'll just chime in by saying, if, and that's a huge if, the LTC took on a rezoning, the whole point of taking on a rezoning is so that there can be a full public process, and there would be opportunities to speak and make your case and all that kind of thing.”
- [0:45:12] “you the minutes passed unanimously so we've adopted those minutes and now we're going to go on to set that we didn't have any resolutions without a meeting so we don't have to report on that and there are no meeting minutes from the advisory planning commission and so”
- [0:01:48] “thank you. So if people have difficulty, you can reach Will and she'll help you reconnect to the meeting and or find the recording because we are being recorded. So everything that we say or faces we might make or anything like that will be recorded.”
